Project Information

Allington Waste Disposal Plant takes non-hazardous waste from households and businesses in Kent and the surrounding area for recycling and energy recovery. Once opened the facility will take up to 500,000 tonnes a year of non-hazardous waste from households and businesses in and around Kent for energy recovery and, up to 65,000 tonnes a year of sorted materials for recycling.

SAFE I. S. and Siemens completed the installation of a fire system,security system and CCTV system designed to ensure the security and integrity of this £150 million project.
