I currently have a PTSN line, is this suitable?

As you may or may not be aware, BT are aiming to close down all PTSN lines from 2025, Due to this, there are new products available within the red-care range that work with IP (Internet Connection) and GSM (Mobile Communication).

To ensure your system continues to function after 2025, you will need to upgrade your monitoring system accordingly.

From 2025 onwards, BT will only service GSM (Mobile Data) and IP (mobile) monitoring lines.
